Where: Highland County, VA • Near Blue Grass, VA Notes: This is another photo from a recent photo trip to Highland County. I bid on this item at the Richmond Audubon's annual fund-raiser auction "Its For The Birds". This became an awesome opportunity the refresh my understanding of photography practices and to get out and take some photos in a new location. The House Wren had a nest on the porch and it was only a matter of patience before it returned to this perch that I had seen it use several times earlier that day.
